"Marina's studios" are situated in the district of Livadi in Serifos, very close to the port (150 m) and the bus stop (70m) of the local bus line to the most of the beaches and Chora (5 km). The beach called Livadakia, which is one of the best, lies a stairway under the studios (50 m). Livadi offers multiple choices of amusement all day long and during the night at Livadi, with shops, restaurants, cafes, nightlife and a relaxing stroll along the yacht marina and Avlomonas beach.
The studios are four in total, with a private bathroom, a kitchenette, wifi connection, a TV set and air conditioning.
There is a common-use terrace, with beautiful views to the sea, the yacht marina, Avlomonas beach and the splendid Chora, wich is the capital of the island.
The location is centrical but very quiet and peaceful.
